Duties: Lead counsel on healthcare regulatory issues and business partner to our provider practices and enterprise team. Advise on and provide legal guidance, interpretation, and recommendations for action to senior business executives and other internal stakeholders regarding healthcare law and regulatory issues. Advise on provider practices, telemedicine laws and standards, billing practices, contracting with payors, privacy and healthcare compliance (such as Anti Kickbacks and HIPAA). Support and advise on other areas of law such as employment law, draft and negotiate agreements with vendors, business partners, health insurance companies, technology licensors, and other third parties, and will assist the company in further developing its strategy.
