development and implementation of an Epic training program for a respective Epic
Application. Also Assists in developing and maintaining training materials as
well as delivering training through the mediums deemed appropriate by management
and/or more senior staff (e.g. classroom, one-on-one). Responsible for ensuring
training content is effectively taught to all appropriate
end-users.','!*!Minimum Job
Qualifications

Minimum
Education: High School Diploma/GED

Minimum years in field
previous to employment: One (1) year experience developing training programs in an academic medical
center setting using adult learning theory

 

Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities*Credentialed in Epic*Experience with EPIC
Ambulatory/Inpatient end-user training delivery at 2. 3 implementation sites
(minimum), prior to go-live*Demonstrated training delivery
experience and ability across EPIC applications and/or EMR systems

 

Position
Responsibilities 1. Under moderate supervision and
guidance, Develops and Implements training programs and materials to support
users of Epic applications and clinical information systems   2. Identifies opportunities for
process improvement in support of Epic training initiatives   3. Uses reports to ensure training
is accomplishing desired objectives
