Senior Tax Manager:

The candidate’s responsibilities/requirements include the ability to review documents and perform in-depth tax research; provide proactive tax planning and advice; planning and review of income tax returns for business entities (e.g., Corporations, S Corporations, LLCs, PCs and Not-for-profit organizations); estate, gift, trust and individual tax planning; review of estate, gift, fiduciary, charitable foundation and individual income tax returns; provide support and training to professional staff; ability to enhance client relationships by providing exceptional service. BS in Accounting required. CPA with 7+ years of recent public accounting experience required. JD, LLM or Masters in Taxation preferred. ProFx experience preferred. International tax experience preferred.
