What's the opportunity? 🤔
As a Customer Growth Relationship Manager, your role will be focused on supporting our existing month to month clients as well as self-serve annual customers who are interested in growing or converting to an annual business contract. Your job will be to identify growth opportunities and negotiate annual contracts, increasing account value & stability while mitigating the churn and contracts of month-to-month accounts. You will work with our relationship management team to smoothly transition the annual contracts you’ve closed. You will also have the opportunity to partner with the Intercom Product team to help define new support features for our customers.
What will I be doing? 🚀
Responding to existing customer inquiries via Intercom’s chat feature and over the phone
Holding thorough discovery through chat and phone
Navigating stakeholders to move customers from monthly to annual agreements
Prescribing and demoing Intercom products
Managing legal and procurement processes
Negotiating contracts
What skills do I need? 📖
0-3 years of work experience (Sales and/or SaaS experience is a )
Strong sales instincts and track record hitting and exceeding quota
Exceptional written and verbal communication
Experience multithreading in an organization
Ability to navigate deal cycles (legal, procurement)
Collaborative and coachable
Exhibits a growth mindset, intellectual curiosity, and ambition
