Principal Network Innovation & Strategy Consultant
The candidate will be responsible for assisting in leading the team with all divisional (Medicare, Medicaid and Individual & Family Markets) provider network innovation short-term and long-term planning. Assisting the leadership team on executing the provider network business plan, innovative network strategies, analytics and data needs for the division. Working with with divisional, enterprise, and state leadership on provider network strategies and business plans for functional areas as well as with enterprise areas to ensure there is alignment with the divisional network innovation strategy. Documenting and conducting analysis of competitive and market information for the division and ensuring integration with overall strategy will be critical. Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of experience in health care, health insurance, or strategic consulting environment OR Masters/ Professional Degree and 5+ years of consulting experience involving strategic planning, business development and financial management operations OR 8 years of experience strategic planning, market research, network management, or product development in health care industry is required. Advance degree such as Juris Doctor, MBA or MHA is preferred.
