Commission Bonuses On Net Settlements: Most of the firm's cases are in the high 6 figures to 7 figures. Depending on your performance and your litigation and settlement abilities, commissions on net settlement and mediation bonuses can possibly reach into the high 5 figures and 6 figures. Several of our attorneys here have successfully achieved this. We invite you to talk to them about it.

Excellent Salary, $150,000-$175,000

The firm has a history of achieving some of the highest verdicts and settlements in New York as well as handling high-profile cases featured in the media.

The firm has countless 6 and 7 figure premises cases. We need motivated attorneys with a strong work ethic to litigate these cases and join our team. We will mentor and help you to develop and hone your litigation skills.

Responsibilities:

• Handling the litigation of a caseload from inception to trial.
• Trial and/or settlement experience is a plus.
• Engaging in court, deposition, and motion appearances in NY.
• Mentor Junior Associates.

Requirements:

• Must have 4 plus years of personal injury/premises liability experience in New-York
• Admitted to practice in New-York

In addition to a very competitive salary, we offer attorneys the ability to make a substantial set percentage bonus based upon settlements and awards as well as performance-based bonuses.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $150,000- $175,000 per year plus commissions on net settlements, possibility of bonuses on mediation presentations as well as generous meritorious bonuses.
