Duties

• Manage motor vehicle accident cases from client sign-up through settlement or litigation.
• Guide clients through the case process, ensuring clear communication and trust.
• Conduct discovery, perform legal research, and engage in pre-suit discovery.
• Negotiate with insurance companies and lien holders for optimal settlements.
• Draft pleadings, write briefs, and assist with depositions, mediations, and trial preparation.
• Provide strategic direction and maintain communication with the team and expert witnesses.

Requirements

• Active member in good standing with the Wisconsin Bar.
• License to practice law in Minnesota preferred, but not required.
• Two or more years of litigation experience; motor vehicle liability preferred.
• Proven ability to manage a high volume of cases effectively.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
