Legal Data Analyst
The candidate will work closely with both our business and engineering teams to help drive product development and ensure data integrity in Bloomberg Law’s initiatives. Contribute to developing and maintaining the BLAW platform. Belong to a team responsible for management of data annotation, analysis and validation, machine learning model evaluation, user acceptance testing, vendor management, and quality assurance, among other things. Must have graduated with a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Passed a state Bar examination and been admitted. Should have 2-3 years relevant practice experience, preferably with some corporate in-house experience. Familiarity with online legal research tools. Experience with the BLAW product is a plus. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively. Should have strong project management, analytical and problem-solving skills. Must have interest in technology and development of technical skills.
