The Coordinator is a multi-faceted role designed to support many aspects of the Sales Performance Management (SPM) discipline for Hilton managed hotels and above property Sales teams. This position will regularly interface with hotels and regional leaders as both a support and resource contact.

What will I be doing?

The Coordinator will play a key role in providing ongoing logistical support for various SPM lead tools and programs, including the Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) online tools, internal social site, online support and ticketing help desk, as well as project based initiatives. The overall purpose of the SPM Coordinator will be to support SPM programs on a tactical level, while constantly reinforcing outstanding customer service for both on-property and above-property sellers and sales leaders.

Responsibilities Includes:

Coordinating activities will take up to 90% of the position and broken down as:

50% global SPM support to all regions:

Manage SIP social site content including access requests, documents and policies, FAQs, training material, forms and reports

Correspondence with online SIP tool users and stakeholders to provide system support, either through answering helpdesk tickets or via phone and email

Serve as the online SIP tool administrator, performing data maintenance tasks and compiling reports for the SPM team

40% Americas support:

Provide general support for the SPM function to meet the needs of Americas based stakeholders

Obtain data from various SPM related tools and compile reports

Ensure daily operational functions are completed smoothly and efficiently

Complete special projects as required

Administrative activities will take up to 10% of the position responsibilities and will include:

Provide minor administrative assistance for department management, including scheduling and managing calendar, travel arrangements, drafts of memorandums, and assisting with tasks

What are we looking for?

To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:

Minimum Education: High School Degree/GED

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

BA/BS Bachelor's Degree

Minimum of three (3) years of experience working in end-user system support

High proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook applications
