The candidate work for Law practice representing personal injury and worker’s compensation clients. This position will assist one attorney and senior paralegal. Duties: Answer phone calls: manage and assess prospective and existing client calls. Process and direct all mail and emails from and to clients, attorneys, courts, and medical providers. Prepare documents from forms to clients, attorneys, medical providers, insurance companies, and courts. Schedule meetings, depositions. Maintain office calendars /scheduling. Open and close files. Scan and copy documents. Proficiency with Microsoft Word. Will be trained in Excel and Adobe Acrobat is needed. Familiarity with legal and medical terminology a plus. Must have 1 year office experience.
