Intellectual Property - Staff Scientist Patent Agent or Junior Associate Engineering

Profile

Choate is currently seeking a staff scientist, patent agent or 1st to 3rd year associate with a strong technical background in: electrical engineering, computer science, chemical engineering and/or physics. Experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications is required. Some litigation and/or post-grant experience desired. Advanced degree in EE required. Registration with the USPTO preferred; prior firm experience preferred.

Candidates must have: superior organizational and communication skills (written and oral), a demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional client service and a creative and entrepreneurial
