Financial Analyst II

The candidate' will provide financial analysis, planning and management reporting of key operational metrics, play a key supporting role in the development and management of the annual firm budget and forecast, respond to financial and statistical surveys, and assist in the maintenance and management of the firm’s profitability model and software. Essential Functions: Update and send outmonthly reports. Prepare the annual operating budget, which includes 12 month projections of headcount, revenue and operating expense by office. Input and manage data in the firm’s web-based budgeting tool. Develop quarterly for ecasts to allow the firm to more accurately project end of year profitability and cashflow; Provide analysis where required. Compile data, prepare supporting schedules and compute statistics for annual and quarterly surveys inclusive of but not limited to Citi, Wells Fargo, etc. Provide analysis of firm vs. peer results to Management. Manage ongoing work and requests from various departments and provide in depth analysis where needed. Utilize databases and software applications to effectively, timely and accurately provide data, reports and metrics. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting. 2 to 5 years of experience in financial analyses and/or a related field.
