Prospect Research Analyst

The candidate will utilize a broad spectrum of resources to identify and qualify prospects, analyze information, and populate prospect profiles. Will utilize information to prioritize, rate, and evaluate prospects based on capacity, propensity, and affinity. Consult with department leadership and development officers to produce sufficient number and quality prospects for the development and sustainment of robust donor prospect pipelines to meet and exceed fundraising initiatives and goals. Responsible for entering and maintaining information into the prospect database as well as developing written prospect profiles.
