Dinsmore & Shohl, a prominent national law firm with over 700 attorneys in 29 cities, is accepting resumes for our 2024 Summer Program for Summer Associate positions in our Intellectual Property Department in Cincinnati, Cleveland, and Dayton, Ohio; Ann Arbor and Detroit, Michigan; Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; and San Diego, California. A technical background is required for patent positions and we are looking for students with patent-bar-eligible undergraduate degrees. Students without a technical background will be considered for potential IP litigation or trademark/copyright positions.
Interested second-year law students must be able to demonstrate high academic achievements in law school and undergraduate school, excellent research and writing abilities, extracurricular involvement and/or employment history (preferably in leadership positions), maturity, ability to accept responsibility, and strong interpersonal skills.
