Associate General Counsel (M&A)

The candidate plays an important role in supporting the company's day-to-day transactional legal needs. Focuses on representing the Firm in connection with a variety of transactional matters. Provides legal support for the firm's M&A (mergers and acquisitions) activity, including reviewing, drafting and negotiating transaction agreements, performing due diligence, identifying and resolving issues and advising and collaborating with business leaders to reach desired outcomes. Handles general corporate matters including entity formation and structuring, as well as drafting and negotiating a variety of the firm's agreements, including client agreements, master services agreements, access letters, agreements with international network members, and technology licensing agreements. Leverages skills as a strategic business partner, and works with colleagues and internal clients to provide creative business solutions as permitted under applicable law, professional regulations and the firm's policies and procedures.
