Associate General Counsel (M&A)
The candidate plays an important role in supporting the company's day-to-day transactional legal needs. Focuses on representing the Firm in connection with a variety of transactional matters. Provides legal support for the firm's M&A (mergers and acquisitions) activity, including reviewing, drafting and negotiating transaction agreements, performing due diligence, identifying and resolving issues and advising and collaborating with business leaders to reach desired outcomes.
