The candidate will be delivering an informed understanding of the complex legal obligations, risks and opportunities related to the delivery of value-based care initiatives. Will be reviewing and advising on the development and launch of advanced technology delivery platforms that promote the delivery of value-based care programs to patients. Assist in the negotiation of complex technology and data processing agreements designed to support the responsible and ethical use of data in the delivery of value-based care programs. Engaging, directing, and supervising outside counsel. Collaborating with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders of various disciplines. Developing and fostering relationships as business partners within a large, complex and rapidly changing business organization. Quickly and accurately understanding the business goals and objectives of the Firms healthcare enterprise, its relevant subdivisions, and core healthcare provider groups.
