Marketing Coordinator

Duties: Maintain and distribute marketing materials, including firm brochures, practice group descriptions, deal lists, attorney resumes and other collateral materials. Create and edit marketing documents, including PowerPoint presentations, attorney resumes, practice group descriptions, newsletters, advisories, and invitations. Post marketing materials on the firm’s website and intranet. Provide support for business development activities, including seminars, webinars, dinners and other client or prospect meetings. Assist with print and electronic distribution of alerts, newsletter and advisories. Keep assigned databases updated and assist with roll out of new firm contact relationship management and marketing automation systems. Assist in the preparation of responses to requests for proposals and other client/prospect communications. As necessary, provide company and prospect research using firm’s contact databases and other firm resources. Assist with special marketing projects as needed.
