Administrative. Legal Assistant

The candidate will be scanning, putting packets together, mailing documents, satisfactions and dismissals and proofread legal documents and office documents. Note and send first and second Answers and Judgments. Address certified mailing labels and create Satisfactions. File documents with the Court ahead of deadlines. Work and tickle up accounts for follow up. All other duties that may be given. Some familiarity with legal documents and terminology helpful. Must have proficiency with MS Office and Excel. Should have typing speed of at least 50 wpm with a high rate of accuracy. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills. Must have strong math skills. Past office experience helpful and attention to detail is a must.
