The candidate will lead SAC efforts to develop and enhance process, procedures, templates, and tools by establishing and implementing best practices to improve the consistency, effectiveness, and costs of project delivery. Demonstrate a proven track record of excellent project management, bringing the ability to quickly put structure in place to manage work in a dynamic, complex environment. Design, develop, and manage complex project plans, revising needs to meet changing requirements. Ensure process adoption and compliance within team and provide process compliance reporting to the teams you support as necessary, including standard KPI metrics around product. Ensure operational plans are aligned with business objectives and support portfolio and project management. Support portfolio and project management functions within the Professional Services organization. Train, hire, and develop a team of highly skilled Project Managers, Legal Specialists, and Regulatory Specialists. Has performance management responsibilities. Responsible for staff performance and salary and bonus administration. Develop and standardize metrics and KPIs to support the department and company reporting. Drive a culture of quality and personable accountability through development and delivery. Promote effective communication between cross-functional teams. Ensure projects are being documented appropriately to mitigate risk and be delivered on time. Proactively interact with business stakeholders and product teams to ensure project requirements, scope, risks, and challenges have been properly assessed and are kept updated on status.
