The candidate will be assisting attorneys in preparing immigration petitions (H-1B, L, I140, I485, etc.) , researching, communicating with clients and general case management. Should preferably have excellent communications skills (written and verbal), attention to detail, ability to work in a team under pressure and be organized. Must have 1+ year of experience in employment based immigration including H-1B and green card processing.
