The candidate will report directly to General Counsel. Act as a truth-teller; fiercely advocate for open, transparent, and inclusive culture to ensure that Company is a great place to work for all employees. Serve as the primary legal advisor to our incredible People team. Design, build and roll out policies that impact our employees across the country. Ensure compliance with the complex, and rapidly changing, network of federal, state, and local employment laws. Manage outside counsel on complex counseling matters and pre-litigation employment matters when the going gets tough. 4-8 years of top-notch legal experience, including a strong foundation in a high-quality private practice setting. Experience as a top-performer in a generalist employment lawyer role, handling everything from day-to-day counseling, policy design, investigations, and litigation.
