With a strong bias for digital, full lifecycle marketing campaigns you will work closely with a cross-functional team of product- and audience marketers and report directly into the Director of M&E Marketing.

Leading a team of talented campaign development managers to excellence by developing effective, innovative marketing campaigns and overseeing their execution and optimization
Guiding team members and colleagues on the transition to audience-centric marketing with a distribution-first mindset
Partnering with cross-functional teams to develop and execute the integrated marketing plan that will help us achieve our key business objectives
Collaborating closely with audience insight and content strategy teams to ensure campaigns are built on a foundation of compelling customer-centric content
Partnering with the Digital Experience team to leverage website for effective campaigns that transact through the e-store
Ensuring consistency across campaign development process and deliverables including traffic drivers, landing pages, recommended media strategy, and other components for execution by the global Growth Marketing team
Partnering with the marketing operations and technology team to architect the technical setup of the campaigns to support an omnichannel approach
Measuring and report on the effectiveness of campaigns to improve efficiency and revenue generation. Leverage campaign performance data to identify content gaps and partner with content teams to fill
Working with sales knowledge transfer team to ensure tools are in place to enable follow up on demand originating from the campaigns
Driving a bi-directional feedback loop with global stakeholders to collect input for continuously improving campaign performance
Evaluating relationships with creative agencies and other external vendors with an eye for efficiency and best practices
Managing quarterly campaign development budget
Delivering revenue growth through a wide range of inbound and outbound marketing approaches including account-based marketing and e-store using analytics to measure and optimize campaigns
Developing and executing campaigns using a robust martech stack, including Marketo, Outreach, AEM, LinkedIn, Consensus, and other tools
Directing the creation of compelling marketing assets, including traffic drivers, landing pages etc
Working with tech products, SaaS and / or cloud technology a plus
The Ideal Candidate
You are passionate about understanding customers and building campaign experiences based on audience insights
You are a quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves to collaborate while being able to independently bring projects to completion
You possess exceptional organizational skills being able to work and influence stakeholders cross-functionally amidst multiple priorities and goals
You have demonstrable expertise on the latest marketing trends and tools to drive successful digital, one-to-many and one-to-few marketing campaigns
You are comfortable with ambiguity and with charting new paths and be readily adaptable to changing market and organizational dynamics
You can balance the big picture with strong attention to detail and a relentless drive for results
You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, are highly articulate and can make compelling arguments orally and visually

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive package. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location.
