Business Development Analyst
The candidate will combine skills in analytics, modeling, and critical thinking to derive insights. Conduct detailed prospect and client account research using internal and external data sources and contribute to maintaining and enhancing Salesforce environment. Support the development and maintenance of dashboards and reports and serve as a resource for the business development team. Lead and execute various special projects with senior leadership primarily related to the evaluation of potential growth strategies and identify and drive opportunities for improvements in data quality, collection, and management. Should have a BA/BS degree. Should have 2+ years’ experience in an analytical role. Should be proficient in Microsoft Office including advanced Excel expertise. Strong research, data collection and analytical skills are needed. Self-starter with excellent listening, verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills are needed. Should be able to handle multiple tasks and meet project deadlines. Should be committed, hard-working, and thoughtful with the ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment. Proficiency working with Salesforce and other CRM tools are preferred.
