Midlevel Energy Associate

The candidate must have 3-5 years of experience. General experience representing investors and developers in wide-range of real property development transactions; drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, leases, easements, development agreements, construction contracts, crossing agreements, mineral interest waivers, etc. is preferred. Knowledge and/or experience with energy projects is ideal; exposure to renewables and conventional energy project development transactions is plus. Experience drafting and negotiating commercial, mineral, wind, and solar leases is plus. Strong title and survey experience is preferred. Some background negotiating JV and operating agreements; general corporate related experience is desired. Land use and entitlements regulatory experience is desired. Cross-border and international experience a plus. Should have strong academic credentials, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing the highest quality client service.
