Please note that you will have to create a new account on the application page.POSITION SUMMARY:  The Senior Director, Associate Engagement & Employer Branding will be responsible for the development & execution of strategies to strengthen Calvin Klein’s associate engagement and employer brand, maintain a highly engaged workforce and positioning Calvin Klein as an employer of choice. In this role, you will partner with HR and Communications to design the end-to-end talent experience for Calvin Klein associates, including strengthening both recruitment and retention tactics. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading internal communications, employee engagement and employer branding teams, as well as experience working directly with senior management. This position will work in close alignment with Calvin Klein parent company, PVH Corp. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:• Define the best-in-class talent experience and partner with HR, as well as leads across all businesses, and work to bring that experience to life.• Ensure that all associate touchpoints are consistent with our Brand Purpose & Values.  • Serve as lead Communications partner to HR functions including Inclusion & Diversity, Talent Acquisition and Performance & Development.  • Manage all employer branding channels, technology and platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Careers Site, etc.) in partnership with Communications.• Partner with Internal Communications on executive positioning and organization-wide events, such as Town Halls, business updates, etc., as well as ongoing story-telling and content creation: engage with internal leaders and associates and empower them to create stories, videos and other aspects to showcase work location, environment, team and role impact.   • Partner with Talent Acquisition to develop internal and external talent marketing strategy and plan, set measurable key performance indicators, and educate the business on key concepts.• Leverage data and user research to track and evaluate brand performance and developinsight-based recommendations for action to deliver effective targeted campaigns and brand experiences.QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: • Minimum 10 years of experience in HR and Communications.• Deep knowledge and understanding of HR process and the ways that employer brand, social media and internal communications can impact the associate experience.• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to foster and maintain collaborative relationships with teammates and business partners, including international teams.• Ability to be both strategic and tactical objectives.• Ability to utilize metrics to demonstrate success in building /strengthening a company’s employer branding proposition.• Able to synthesize and interpret data to tell compelling stories, ensure audience understanding and securing buy-in.• Excellent research skills- always on top of industry changes and trends.• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.• Excellent written and verbal communicator with ability to listen, understand and account for different perspectives, and respond appropriately to varied audiences.• Ability to multi-task, have superior judgment, professionalism, poise. • Positive and team-oriented attitude with proactive approach and strong work ethic.• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Education:   Bachelor’s Degree requiredSkills:  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability work across a diverse range of teams and departments, understand and account for different perspectives, and respond appropriately to varied audiencesPositive and team-oriented attitude with a proactive approach, exceptional work ethicAbility to work well under pressure, anticipate needs and challenges, and respond to changing demandsAbility to think and react quickly, produce deliverables on tight turnarounds PVH Corp. or its subsidiary (\PVH\) is an equal opportunity employer and considers all applicants for employment on the basis of their individual capabilities and qualifications, consistent with applicable law and without regard to race, color, sex, gender identity or expression, age, religion, creed, national origin, citizenship status, sexual orientation, genetic information, physical or mental disability, military status or any other characteristic protected under federal, state or local law.
