Psychologist

Duties: The candidate performs developmental assignments in the application of professional principles, techniques, methods, and procedures relating to workplace behavior, attitudes, and culture, and the application of information about human abilities, motivation, and other characteristics. Performs routine recurring assignments. Independently performs recurring assignments of limited, but gradually increasing, difficult and complexity as directed by the supervisor or team lead. Participates in special initiatives, studies, and projects. Works with other specialists to plan, perform research, and conduct special initiatives, studies, and projects. Includes assignments to develop knowledge of the mission and organization, preparation of reports for special interest areas, develop presentation of accomplishments and results of assignment. Prepares written correspondence and other documentation.
