The candidate will draft, revise contracts, agreements, leases, addendums; maintain associated files for Employee, Customer, Vendor, and Affiliate relationships. Will manage compliance efforts with applicable Sales, Marketing and Solicitation regulations. Represent or assist outside counsel with the representation of the company small claims actions, including civil suits, special settlements, delinquency collection and employment actions. Demand letters for defaulted customer accounts. Corporate registrations and renewals. Corporate organizational documents, resolutions, formation docs. Support HR related issues. Employment and Termination agreements. Research and advise on employment related issues. Manage relationship with Better Business Bureaus. Keep informed of legislation, regulations, judicial and other legal developments and trends affecting the industry. Prepare and submit necessary reports to Executive Management. Analyze and interpret laws, rulings, and regulations with probable outcomes for the business. Perform other duties as assigned.
