The candidate will be accountable for contract Review and Negotiation. Campaign Counseling / Contract Risk and Processes and administrative. Should have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university and a Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school. Must be a member in good standing of the New York State Bar. Should have 3-4 years of experience working within a corporate business affairs/legal affairs department or related practice in a law firm. Contract/transactional drafting experience related to corporate contracts. General familiarity with document management systems and/or task ticketing systems a plus. Contract/transactional focus in advertising, data usage, social media, sponsorships, and/or custom content production preferred. Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills; interfacing with agency teams and vendors. Excellent organizational skills. MS Office proficiency (Outlook and Word competence a must; Excel a plus). The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and balance and prioritize multiple assignments to ensure deadlines are met.
