Corp Tax Analyst, Staff
The candidate will be responsible for the foreign and US international aspects of the company's global tax provision and US international income tax compliance and will collaborate closely with the planning and controversy team. Will report to the Director of International Tax. Job location is flexible depending upon qualifications. Should have strong experience in computing US international aspects (i.e., FDII, GILTI, BEAT, FTC) and strong analytical and critical thinking skills with experience recognizing and evaluating international tax and transfer pricing issues within the context of the overall business operations. M have ability to communicate effectively with key stakeholders in a business minded manner. Should have Excellent interpersonal skills demonstrating if” mindset. Must have ability to work independently to manage and execute multiple projects. Must have J.D. or CPA and Masters in Tax preferred. Should have 8 years of international tax experience in public accounting and/or multinational corporation.
