Senior Specialist, Legal Affairs Telecommunications
Duties: Responsible for managing the Communities service agreement templates for contract lifecycle management tools, manage all enhancement requests, and support the Communities team sales and contract management process. Act as the main legal support resource for the Communities team in the drafting of legal documents, legal research, and business communications. Applies an in-depth knowledge of legal concepts to assist in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the contract process. Professionally represent the company within customer interactions via phone, email, or in person. Act as key contact for matters pertaining to the Communities service agreement. Act as a resource to the field for legal process and training questions. Consistently provide status updates on project timelines and milestones. Work with Project Manager to coordinate implementation of enhancements with project team including legal and sales teams. Lead enhancements or changes to language in tools being used by the frontline and submit for review and approval to lead attorneys. Act as resource for the collection and production of documents for National Account Managers. Perform legal research using provided resources, conduct fact gathering interviews, and document research. Prepare legal documents and business communications in support of the organization. Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and. weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary. Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
