The candidate should have 2+ years of healthcare regulatory and compliance experience advising and supporting healthcare and life science companies, specifically regarding the Anti-Kickback Statute, Stark Law, HIPAA, and CSA, amongst other healthcare-related laws and regulations. Those with healthcare transactional and mergers & acquisitions experience preferred as the Associate will also have an opportunity to work with hospitals, health systems, long-term care providers and other healthcare and life science clients on corporate and transactional deals. Should have a strong academic record, and excellent analytical, writing and communication skills. DC Bar membership or eligibility to waive into the DC Bar is required.
