Corporate Counsel- Human Resources
The candidate will support firm’s Human Resources and Travel / Events groups and will directly contribute to firm’s growth as we seek to build the best team. Primary responsibilities fall into the following categories: Drafting and negotiating a wide variety of commercial contracts, Counseling the Human Resources and Travel / Events business units on commercial legal issues, Working closely with our business teams to accomplish firm’s goals and strategic objectives, Improving legal processes and procedures, Assisting with other responsibilities as needed. should have Bachelors degree from a four-year college or university. Must be admitted to practice law in at least one state. Should have D. from an ABA-accredited law school with a law school class rank in the top 25%. Must have 4-6 years of experience drafting and negotiating a wide variety of complex commercial agreements with a large national or regional law firm or leading corporation. Excellent communication, project management, organization and multi-tasking skills are required. Should have experience in HR / employment law.
