The Housing Support Coordinator (Housing Navigator) is a position that will serve as a connection point for two different programs at CCA. [The Family support center serves low-income residents in with basic needs and services while the FCCP team is a family preservation program designed to assist families with children to connect to needed community resources and services.] This position will work closely with both programs, assisting families presenting with housing needs.

The Housing Support Coordinator (HSC) will work with both teams and assist families as assigned. This position requires data entry and organization, family interviewing skills, and care coordination. The HSC Provides education to families regarding application for housing resources in the state and helps to problem solve and prioritize tasks.

The Successful Candidate will collaborate with statewide FCCP Housing Navigators and Housing systems regarding specific vulnerable families and advocate for needed services.

Education and Licensing Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree preferred in community organizing or social work.

Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required.

Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply.

Excellent interpersonal communication skills.

Experience with Housing programs/Property management.

Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel statewide.
