Projects and M&A Associate
The candidate will have strong academic credentials, and five to six years of advanced transactions experience including experience with M&A documents such as purchase and sale agreements, asset purchase agreements, merger agreements and joint venture agreements at a nationally recognized law firm. Familiarity with project development contracts such as O&M agreements, construction management agreements, transition services agreements and EPC contracts is also helpful. Experience in the energy sector is a plus. Candidates should be team players with strong interpersonal skills who are willing to take on substantial roles in project management and are comfortable with client interaction.
