Duties:

• Provide expert legal counsel and advice in the field of labor, employment, and workplace safety.
• Handle employment law litigation matters effectively.
• Collaborate with clients to address employment-related legal issues and provide practical solutions.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on labor and employment regulations and developments.
• Draft legal documents, contracts, and agreements with precision and attention to detail.

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of relevant experience in labor, employment, and workplace safety law.
• Expertise in providing employment law advice and experience with employment law litigation.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the New Jersey State Bar in good standing.
• Strong academic credentials and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
