The candidate will be responsible to review and summary of title insurance commitments and underlying exceptions; Negotiation of title insurance policies and endorsements; Review and understanding of plats and surveys; Familiarity with recordable loan documents; Review and summarize UCC, judgments, tax, litigation and other lien searches; Review of zoning reports; Assist in preparation of closing checklists and coordinate the closing process in connection with titles, survey and zoning matters; and Perform other related duties and assist with special projects as assigned.
