Intellectual Property Litigation Associate
The candidate must have 2 years of experience in patent litigation. A technical degree (e.g., electrical engineering, computer engineering, or computer science) or significant experience handling substantive patent issues with the ability to learn underlying computer and electronic related subject matter is strongly preferred. Fluency in Mandarin is also highly desirable. Must be admitted to a State Bar (California preferred).
