The candidate must have a degree in computer science, electrical engineering or a related field is also a plus, as are Mandarin language skills and 4-6 years of experience. A federal clerkship and experience with patent litigation are preferred. Must have strong academic credentials, excellent communication skills, and a time and energy commitment to providing the highest quality client service. Must be self-starters who possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
