The candidate will perform due diligence including review of title commitments, surveys and underlying title documents and entity documents, and coordinate and implement transactions and closings. Organize and maintain due diligence using document management systems. Other responsibilities as client needs dictate. Attend closings in NYC and outer boroughs when necessary. Should have a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of commercial real estate and title & survey experience. Experience reviewing title commitments, surveys and related title exception documents and familiarity with ALTA title and survey standards. Knowledge of partnerships, limited liability companies, tax credits or partnership syndications, is a plus. Self-directed individual with the demonstrated ability to prioritize, juggle multiple assignments, function as part of a cohesive team and meet deadlines in a timely manner. Excellent, organizational, communication, analytical and critical thinking skills. Strong verbal and written communication.
