The role focuses on client representation, case management, and negotiations, with no courtroom advocacy required. Bilingual candidates in English and Spanish are preferred.

Duties:

• Client Representation: Advise and represent clients in personal injury matters, from initial consultation to case resolution.
• Case Management: Manage a high-volume caseload, ensuring deadlines are met, demands are submitted, and clients are regularly updated on case progress.
• Negotiation: Negotiate settlements with insurance companies, opposing counsel, and other parties, working to secure the best possible outcome for clients.
• Client Communication: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering guidance and personalized attention throughout the process.
• Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure proper case preparation and excellent client service.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Florida Bar or expected to sit for the upcoming Florida Bar Exam.
• No prior experience practicing law required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage complex cases and a high caseload.
• Strong negotiation skills and client advocacy abilities.
• Client-focused, compassionate approach with a dedication to achieving favorable outcomes.
• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active member or expected member of the Florida Bar.
