Senior Attorney
The candidate should be experienced commercial transactions attorney to support complex commercial transactions for solar and energy storage development and business management teams. The attorney would be responsible for drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements related to the acquisition of solar generation and energy storage projects, as well as the negotiation of renewable energy power purchase agreements, energy storage agreements, build-transfer agreements, joint development agreements, and other related commercial agreements. Must be a team player with a demonstrated commercial acumen who relates well with clients, management and counter parties and who can thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment. Provides written and oral legal advice to clients. Anticipates and guards against legal risks involving the organization. Works to ensure budget compliance and avoids the need for outside counsel. Ensures disclosure of potentially material legal issues to senior leadership. Performs other job-related duties as assigned. Should be Member in Good Standing of State Bar. Should have High School Grad / GED. Should have Juris Doctorate. Should have Bachelor's Degree. Should have 5+ years of PQE.
