Law Firm marketing (part time) with a variety of administrative and marketing production activities, event
planning, including social media marketing and assistance with branding and business development
• Assist with production and distribution of tailored marketing materials for meetings, client
seminars and presentations
• Organization of marketing plan, budget and coordination of marketing efforts
• Management of social media platform and firm publications
• Purchase and maintain inventory of marketing materials and promotional items
• Assist in preparation of client listings and mailings of marketing materials
• Plan and coordinate firm events
• Support the Marketing Committee through additional projects as needed
• Assist Firm Administrator with various administrative duties
• Marketing/Public Relations/Business
• Strong planning, scheduling and organizational skills with initiative
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and tasks
• Strong written and oral communication and critical thinking skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Minimum upper-intermediate level of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Knowledge and experience with all current social media platforms and trends
• Accounting background preferred
Education and Experience:
• Minimum one to three years related administrative experience
• BS Business and/or Mass Communication or related field preferred
