Senior Manager, Business Engagement, Social Responsibility

The candidate will work with their team and cross functional partners to identify key mechanisms, tools, and processes that business teams use, and work to integrate the right information at the right time into the day to day operations of teams across the company to help teams make socially responsible business decisions and mitigate human rights risks. Should have a Bachelor's Degree. Should preferably have a Master’s Degree in law, public policy, business, sustainability, or similar graduate degree. Should have 10+ years of experience delivering cross functional projects, 10+ years of experience in program or project management, 10+ years of experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams, 5+ years of experience working in an international context, and 5+ years of experience working in retail, operations, transportation, logistics, and/or procurement functions. Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements. Experience working with Product and Tech teams to identify and prioritize opportunities to automate business functions. Experience managing high level (L8/L10) relationships, and writing docs for a similar audience. Experience working on (or demonstrated passion for) forced labor/human trafficking/modern slavery, human rights, labor rights, multi-stakeholder initiatives, international development, labor rights training, or social responsibility is a plus. Relentlessly high standards combined with strong bias for action.
