Profile

This is a Consultant-level position on the Middleware Integration Services Team. The MIS team works with AD to leverage established middleware building blocks to provide optimized application/middleware deployment solutions for most distributed in-house and 3rd party applications.
Required Skills
• Experienced in WebSphere v6 , Apache v2 , WMQ v6 , CICS Transaction Gateway v7 , Wily Introscope and shell/jython scripting
• Significant experience with J2EE design patterns and application architectures, with a focus on SOA, web services and their deployment with DataPower
• Significant experience as a middleware application architect, with a proven track record of supporting large, critical internet-facing application deployments using the aforementioned technologies
• Proven track record of mentoring junior team members, focusing on soft and technical skill development
• Significant experience providing level-2 support to business-critical production environments, leading support calls, identifying and resolving issues quickly
• Familiarity with AIX/Linux systems concepts and administration, TCP/IP, storage devices, network and security concepts
• Familiarity with HP Loadrunner, Google Search Appliance, Phurnace as well as general awareness of RDBMS concepts and design patterns
Desired Skills
• Experience with JBoss, Coldfusion and Tomcat application servers along with PHP
