Financial Services and Restructuring – Associate

The candidate must have transactional finance experience. Will have 3-5 years of commercial and real estate finance experience representing lenders, borrowers and/or non-traditional lenders. Candidates should have experience drafting/negotiating loan and transaction documents, managing multiple deals, reconciling diligence, clearing title and relevant real estate issues. Applicants should be highly motivated, organized, self-starting and willing and able to work in a collaborative environment.
