We are seeking a Solicitor (3-5 yrs) to join our dynamic Mergers & Acquisitions team working across public and private M&A.

About the team

This team specialises in company and trust acquisitions and disposals, fund raisings and restructures, equity capital markets and strategic corporate and securities law advice. We are ranked as Band 1 in all leading industry publications.

This role will report in to David Eliakim

. David is one of our key corporate partners and is consistently ranked in industry publications as a leading corporate lawyer. You will have access to a diverse range of top quality work in David’s team, ranging from public to private M&A to capital and fund raisings, with a focus on the vibrant real estate and infrastructure sectors.

You will have

You will have recognised experience gained in a similar environment and enjoy working as part of a committed team. You will also have:

strong analytical skills;

broad-ranging drafting experience;

a passion to deliver excellent client service; and

an enthusiasm to be involved in business development activities.
