The candidate work for two 9-month tenure-track Assistant Professor positions to begin August 12, 2019. should have potential for or demonstrated record of scholarly research and publication, pursuit of external grants at the state and national level, effective teaching at the undergraduate and graduate levels, and service to the university, community and profession. A PhD in Criminal Justice, Criminology, or a closely related field, such as Justice Administration is required, however, ABD candidates may be considered. Candidates with Ph.D. conferred at the time of initial appointment will hold the probationary rank of Assistant Professor.
