Senior Analyst - Program Manager, Corporate Real Estate
The candidate will be partner with functional leads, internal stakeholders, and third party vendors to actively manage execution, and monitor project milestones; including site selection, transaction management, project management, procurement, and accounts payable. Facilitate implementation of new site acquisitions for the full real estate lifecycle, ensuring all deliverables and deadlines remain on track for successful and timely completion. Coordinate with landlords, third party vendors, advisors, and internal stakeholders on the review, approval, and or execution of leases, amendments, assignments, estoppels, SNDA, Certificate of Insurance requests or other portfolio related documentation. Serve as an internal data steward for lease administration, reporting, analytics and validation related to portfolio leases and related document. Support functional leads in day to day follow up, coordination, and support. Partner closely with functional leads and Strategic Sourcing & Procurement for vendor set up, payment, and management. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Real Estate. Must have 7+ years' of relevant experience working in program management or project management on a project team, meeting project timelines with competing priorities. Project coordination abilities including attention to detail, information organization, timeline tracking, and comprehensive communication across teams and organizational levels. Self-starter with a demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize workload. Strong attention to detail and motivation to learn new things; exhibits intellectual curiosity and a growth mindset. Excellent organizational and analytical skills. Critical thinking skills, with the ability to ask the right questions and develop solutions to improve processes and project outcomes. Demonstrated communication, and interpersonal skills; takes initiative to align stakeholders, build productive relationships and cross-functional connection. Comfortable working in fast-paced environment, and able to multi-task and prioritize project work . Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Works well in a team environment and under strict deadlines. Results oriented and outcome based. Technical savvy with strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Experience in corporate or commercial real estate or corporate real estate. Project Management Certification (PMP), Smartsheet experience, Paralegal certification.
