The candidate must have substantial direct experience: in filing and prosecuting trademark and service mark applications in the U.S. and foreign countries. Experience with data privacy issues and fashion clients is desired. conducting trademark clearances; drafting legal opinions; conducting trademark oppositions; enforcing trademarks against third parties (including the preparation and negotiation of co-existence agreements); conducting UDRP actions. Must have substantial direct experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide variety of IP and IP-related agreements, including licensing agreements as well as experience with M&A transactions including drafting and negotiating IP representations and warranties.
