Miami office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an insurance defense attorney with at least 1 year of experience practicing insurance defense law. The candidate will handle a caseload of insurance defense matters. Conduct legal research, and prepare pleadings, motions, and discovery responses. Analyze complex legal and factual issues to develop strategies for effective case management. Collaborate with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance adjusters to negotiate settlements and resolve disputes. Prepare for and represent clients in hearings, mediations, and trials. Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation. Stay informed about legal developments and insurance industry trends. PIP experience would be preferred. Must have admission to the Florida Bar and be in good standing.
